Destination East Sussex. First stop saw the first casualty though. Richard's South African passenger didn't take to the Northumberland turbulence. He turned greenish mid-flight and baled out at the first opportunity at Baxby, Yorkshire. Had he perservered he'd have enjoyed the blue skies of East Anglia and the cold beers thrust into our hands on disembarkment by the proprietors of a sleepy, little farm strip in East Sussex. Next overnight was at St Michaels, Lancashire after lunch in Hampshire. Bad weather then prevailed and difficult progress was somehow made as far a Berwick before a rain storm forced us to put down in a field. The storm was short lived though and we landed home just as the light faded.
