Richard called off sick so I borrowed his GT450 in order to carry Kim, lots of fuel and two full sets of camping gear over 1000 miles. My first shot of a GT450 - unbeatable takeoff performance and payload capability although not quite as light and chuckable as my faithful Quik. Comfort stops at Manchester and Somerset before camping under the wing at Bodmin in Cornwall. Next overnight, Caernarfon, north-west Wales following lunch on the Isle of Wight and coffee at Welshpool. Homeward-bound over Morcambe Bay and Lake Windermere.
