A short winter hurl around south Fife and helping the Pavs across Edinburgh.
A couple of days' autumn hillwalking. Two new Munros (no. 213 and 214), Beinn a Chairainn and Beinn Teallach, in chilly, breezy and cloudy conditions, followed the next day by a walk up through the inversion from Altnafeadh onto Corbett Beinn Chrulaiste, overlooking Buachaille Etive Mor.
A fine couple of days in the Lakes visiting Sarah and Dan.
Our "summer" holiday, campervanning in the Dolomites. Many of our plans for the Dolomites were scuppered by the unseasonal September snowfall so we still have a lot to explore there in the future. The planned last couple of days were in Venice with an unplanned detour via Verona and a city centre camp in the castle on the way.
Some works acquired from the extensive portfolio, just exhibited, of Kim's childhood neighbour Peter Regent (deceased). A talented artist, sculptor and academic, he and his family lived below Kim's family home at Langskail, Newport-on-Tay (see the connection?). Proceeds from the exhibition are being donated to the Forgan Arts Centre in Newport to support a sculptor residency, as a legacy for Peter.
Taking a wander around the weird and wonderful Jupiter Artland.
Marking 10 years’ instructing on 23rd July 2024, an album containing all of the first solos. There have been 51 of them over the 10 years. The album will continue to grow though, hopefully.

Skiing the Three Valleys from Les Menuires with James.
High tides in February 2024.
A winter walk up Ben Challum with Douglas with a great weather forecast. As it turned out, it was colder, windier (much windier) and cloudier than expected. Ah well, just need to try again.
Some fine winter weather on the Glencoe ski centre Munros - Meall a Bhuiridh and Creise. Two new ticks - numbers 211 and 212 for me.
A couple of days to spare for some hillwalking near Grenoble after my flying instructor revalidation test at Tallard in the southern French Alps.
